The tenant usually pays the landlord a deposit of one or two months rent. Did you pay a deposit upon entering into the rental agreement? Then it will be refunded 6 weeks after the official end date of your rental agreement. Repayment will only take place if you have fulfilled all obligations arising from the rental agreement.
