To be at your service when disturbances/problems occur outside our office opening hours (which cannot wait until the following working day) you can contact the following external service number: 085-02 00 578. Our office openings hours are: monday-friday from 09.00-17.00 (with exception of official holidays).
Examples of disturbances/problems:
- Blockage of the toilet and/or sewer
- Gas leak
- Burglary / windscreen damage
- Short circuit / overall loss of electricity
- Heating problems
We would like to draw your attention to the following: if after the visit of the service company it appears that the disturbance/problem was caused due to carelessness of the tenant, or the disturbance/problem could have waited until the following working day, you will be liable for the costs.
